Topic All About Project YaREN/ VCBE, Making Your Voice Heard
Stephanie Hajducek will detail the project basics, safety, and FAQs. Then she will take Q&A on the project.
Dolly Trolley will follow with a description of the Voices for Coastal Bend Energy Coalition, Who, what, Why, and How. Dolly will conclude with a brief pitch of how people can get involved if they are interested.
Learning Objectives
- Attendees will learn all about Project YaREN’s proposed plans for a Blue Ammonia plant in Ingleside.
- Attendees will learn about Project YaREN’s safety protocols and historical safety of similar projects.
- Attendees will learn about growing special interests influence in our region and how that is affecting business growth, and what they can do to get involved if they would like to help support responsible industry growth.
Speakers
Stephanie Hajducek
Stephanie has many years of expireince working in industry. She is the founder of a celebrated non-profit, “This One’s for the Gals” which works to promote workforce opportunities for females in industry. As a Project Specialist for YaREN, Stephanie is focused on community engagement for the project. She has given dozens of presentations about the project details, including the economic impact, safety plans, and the product that will be produced.
Dolly Trolley
Dolly’s background has been focused on advocacy and community building. She has been working to educate community and business leaders about outside special interests who are spending large amounts of money with the singular agenda to stop growth. Voices for Coastal Bend Energy is a coalition of community and business leaders that are coming together with a shared voice to stand up and support responsible growth in the Coastal Bend. We are focused on showing local decision makers the broad public support there is from local residents for economic growth.
